To Configure access controlled by Netscaler Gateway

Recently I got a request to publish apps only for external users who are coming through Netscaler. These users are part of multiple AD groups and they can see all apps if they login to Citrix Storefront.


I followed the below article for XenApp 6.5 and solution is under the section of "To configure access controlled by Netscaler Gateway"

There are no apps or desktops to you at this time- XenApp 7.6 & XenDesktop 7.6

Problem: When user launches and logins to storefront URL and it displays "There are no apps or desktops to you at this time". User cannot see published apps. Even though apps are published to the right user AD group.


Cause: The user group was missing under delivery group properties.


Solution: Highlight the Deliverygroup and click "Edit Delivery group" from right side.
Add the respect Users or user AD groups to delivery group.
