Remove START MENU programs group
This is about editing a GPO to be applied to all users in
a group to prevent access to anything other than what you want to allow no
matter which machine they log onto. (Editing the local registry involves knowing
which machine they will use!) Assuming you are using Server 2003 as the DC then
edit the GPO and go to:
